For almost 10 years now, GUZMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. Has been helping south floridians simplify their construction process, either by supplying all inclusive packages that run from an idea to a finished, furnished dream home; or by providing quality construction services, and by aiding in the legalization of past non compliant additions to existing homes.

Yury has a degree in Architecture from the prestigious UNIVERSIDAD JAVERIANA, in Bogota, Colombia.

Yury comes from a family tradition of builders, architects and engineers with countless projects in South America.

Having construction in his blood, he started GUZMAN CONSTRUCTION INC. in 2001, and has since then been providing services to architects, designers and final customers.

"Let's simplify, but never at the cost of security or quality".

Things can be made simple, without the need to compromise quality or security, but alowing for a reasonable budget to be met in every project.
